What Is A Valuation?
A valuation is an informed, unbiased opinion based on many years of experience allied to formal training in gemmology and other specialist areas of product knowledge.
Valuations today need to be undertaken professionally and to a very high standard. Creating a valuation document is a serious matter. The end product is a legal document detailing your property, which can be used for various purposes, such as insurance or probate.
